First UL Faculty of Medicine Scientific seminar

Faculty of Medicine is continuing with the organisation of scientific seminars in the scope of which the work of the faculty members is presented and in that way inspires the future generations to dedicate themselves in the field of Medicine.

The first seminar of this academic year has been organised on October 17th 2018 and has focused on the scientific work of our highly recognised professor dr. Tatjana Avšič Županc: Research path from the Dobrava virus to the Zika virus.

Prof. dr. Tatjana Avšič Županc is the winner of the first Andrej Oton Župančič prize of the Faculty of Medicine for superior research work and a top expert in the field of microbiology and virology.
