Scientific symposium on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of the CFGBC

We would like to invite you to attend the scientific symposium on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of the CFGBC, which will take place on 6 June 2024 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana.

The symposium will take place from 10:00 to 16:00 in the large lecture hall of the Faculty of Medicine, Korytkova 2, Ljubljana. Researchers and members of the CFGBC consortium will present their latest work through lectures and posters. As every year, the topics will be very diverse, ranging from wine to man and showcasing different approaches to omics research. Admission is free and the official language of the symposium is English.

As every year, two researchers from abroad will also present their work. Prof. Dr. Paolo Sivilotti from the University of Udine, Italy, will present research on grapevine using the transcriptome and metabolome. Prof. Dr. Sabina Passamonti, MD, PhD, from the University of Trieste, Italy will present research in bilirubin homeostasis in the liver. The full programme will be published on the event website.

You are invited to present your work at the symposium in the form of a poster and to submit an abstract by 23 May 2024. Otherwise, you are kindly invited to register by the start of the symposium via the website.
