Virtual spring seminar series 2020

The last decades have presented us with novel technologies enabling us to look deep into the human genome of each individual, to screen for numerous metabolites in the blood, to search organs by imaging techniques, and much more. However, the technological and information revolutions now have to be translated into the clinical practice to make personalized medicine possible. Systems medicine will fill this void by advancing our understanding of disease mechanisms and to boost the efficacy of treatments. Ultimately, these trends towards a more personalised approach may radically change the interaction between patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals. This is an urging need, even accelerated in the Covid-19 era.

With this in mind we have initiated a Virtual Spring Seminar Series to bring together experts from all over the world to share their systems medicine experiences of today which will be the visions of the future.   You can join the seminars through the Zoom:
