Enrollment at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana

The call for enrollment in undergraduate and integrated master's study programs at the University of Ljubljana is published annually at the beginning of February for the upcoming academic year. Candidates apply for enrollment in accordance with the deadlines and procedures specified in the Call for Enrollment on the eVŠ online portal. The admission process is managed and conducted by the Higher Education Admissions and Information Service of the University of Ljubljana.

 

Important dates:

• Applications: February 18 – March 18, 2025
   
• Announcement of enrollment limitations: March 25, 2025
   
• Notification of candidates about selection results – decisions are published on the eVŠ portal by July 25, 2025
   
• Enrollment (conducted electronically): July 25 – August 14, 2025
   
• Welcome event for first-year students: October 1, 2025
